Role Overview

As an IT Sales Manager at Arcitech, you will spearhead the sales initiatives for our SaaS and online marketplace offerings, from identifying prospects to closing deals. You’ll be pivotal in driving our sales strategy, working closely with our dynamic team to not only achieve but exceed our sales targets. Your role involves nurturing client relationships, understanding market dynamics, and leveraging your expertise to secure Arcitech’s position as a leader in the digital landscape, all while fostering a culture of ambition, efficiency, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute sales strategies to effectively promote and sell Arcot Group’s SaaS products to businesses and organizations.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling, converting leads into successful sales.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide timely feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demand, along with regular sales activity reports to management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically with IT and SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated the ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup environment. Knowledge of AI and machine learning-based SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with the educational technology sector.
