The honest part about hours
This is not a place you clock in and clock out. There are companies built for that and they are good companies, and if that is what you want you should go to one. Here you go past comfortable when the work calls for it. That said, we do not want anyone burning out or living at their desk. Get your work done inside your hours. Going beyond is for when a deadline needs it, not every day and not every weekend.
You will build real systems for real companies, live in mining, manufacturing, pharma, education, and more. What you ship gets used the day it launches. The problems are hard, the standard is high, and the output is not negotiable even when the deadline is close.
People who care what their name is on. When someone looks at what you built and asks who did this, you want that to be a good moment. That is the person we hire, and it is the person who grows fastest here.
Everyone here gets the tools and the training to work at the front of this shift, so nobody at your level anywhere can outwork you. That applies at every level, including the people running the company.
