As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be instrumental in shaping the growth of our company by recruiting top-tier technical talent. This role requires a seasoned professional who has a solid grasp of various job portals and recruitment tools, and who can effectively manage the full cycle of recruitment for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for technical positions across the company, including but not limited to software developers, network administrators, and system engineers.
- Utilize an extensive understanding of online job portals and recruitment software to source candidates effectively.
- Develop recruitment strategies and channels to source candidates proactively.
- Conduct detailed preliminary interviews and coordinate technical interviews with team leads.
- Implement effective recruiting practices to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the technical requirements of various roles within the company.
- Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers on candidate selection and interview processes.
- Manage communications with candidates from the initial contact point to the final hiring phase.
- Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Requirements:
- Technical recruiter Needs a Minimum of 5 years experience in technical recruitment.
- Extensive knowledge of job portals and experience in utilizing them to their full potential.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Excellent knowledge of the technology industry and core functions of various technical roles.
- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
